Golden lactation latte (dairy-free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

Method:

  1. Warm the milk in a small pot.
  2. Whisk in the spices, coconut oil, and sweetener.
  3. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then pour into a mug and sip warm.
