Ingredients:
- 180g oats
- 120g peanut butter
- 1 banana, mashed
- 15g flaxseed
- 40g chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C before, in a large bowl, combining the oats, peanut butter, mashed banana, flaxseeds and chocolate chips (in descending order).
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined – the dough may be a bit sticky but that is normal.
- Using your hands, or a spoon, form the dough into small balls and placed them on a lined baking sheet, gently flattening them with your fingers, bake the cookies for around 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown depending on how soft or crispy you prefer your cookies
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before either storing in an airtight container or freezer bag (these can be frozen for up to 3 months).
