Ingredients:
- 180g oats
- 120g peanut butter
- 60ml honey
- 15g chia seeds
Instructions:
- Measure all your ingredients before, in a large mixing bowl, combining the oats, peanut butter, honey and chia seeds.
- Stir until everything is well incorporated and the mixture is sticky but firm enough to form into balls. If the mixture is too dry, try adding a little more peanut butter or honey.
- Using your hands or a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls in a lined baking tray ensuring they aren’t touching and freeze until the balls are firm.
- Once the energy balls are frozen, transfer them to a freezer safe container or bag. Label the date and store for up to 3 months
