Do you provide postpartum exercise guidance?

Yes! Our platform includes physiotherapist-approved postnatal movement guides, yoga sessions, and pelvic floor recovery exercises tailored for different stages of postpartum healing.

Can Life.Postpartum help with postpartum depression?

We provide evidence-based guidance and resources to help you understand and manage PPD. However, we are not a crisis service. If you’re in distress, please reach out to your GP, midwife, or a mental health professional. You can also find crisis support numbers on our resources page.

Can I purchase it before birth?

Absolutely, we have lots of great advice to help you prepare for your postpartum period such as how to prepare easy, nourishing meals that you can stick in the freezer as well as what to have in your pantry ready for when you give birth. We recommend joining in your third trimester.
