Greek yogurt & walnut power bowl

A protein-packed bowl full of healthy fats and antioxidants to keep you feeling full and nourished.

Ingredients:

  • 250g Greek yogurt
  • 50g walnuts, roughly chopped 
  • 50g mixed berries fresh or frozen) 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Top the yogurt with chopped walnuts, mixed berries, honey, and flaxseeds.
  3. Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
