Ingredients:
- 3 large carrots (peeled)
- 1 orange (peeled)
- ½ lemon (peeled)
- 1-inch fresh turmeric root (or ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
- 1-inch fresh ginger
- ½ cup water or coconut water (optional, to thin)
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Method:
- Juice all ingredients in a juicer, or blend and strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.
