Quick, comforting dessert for solo moments during baby’s nap time

Ingredients:

  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or butter

  1. Chop the apple into small cubes and place in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add oats, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
  3. Stir everything together in the mug.
