Ingredients:
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil or butter

- Chop the apple into small cubes and place in a microwave-safe mug.
