Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter (melted slightly)
- Optional: crushed granola or seeds

- Mix Greek yogurt with maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt onto a parchment-lined tray in an even layer (around ¼-inch thick).
- Scatter fresh berries evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted almond butter over the surface.
- Optionally, sprinkle with crushed granola, chia seeds, or pumpkin seeds.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.
- Break into shards and store in a freezer-safe container.
