Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, mini dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and a pinch of salt (optional).
- In a separate bowl, warm the almond butter and honey slightly (microwave for 10–15 seconds) to make mixing easier.
- Add vanilla extract to the almond butter-honey mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky and well incorporated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
