Adrenal ‘barbie’ cocktail

This easy recipe is great for fighting postpartum fatigue as Sodium and potassium are two super important minerals

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Coconut water
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ freshly squeezed Grapefruit (add more according to preference) 
  • Top up with sparkling water

Method:

  1. Grab a glass and fill with ice 
  2. Squeeze your grapefruit and add in your coconut water. 
  3. Follow with a pinch of Himalayan salt and give a good stir. 
  4. Top up with your desired amount of sparkling water and enjoy.
