- Cut in cold coconut oil or butter using a fork or pastry cutter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Stir in raisins.
- Add milk and sweetener; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape into a circle about 1-inch thick, cut into 6 wedges.
- Place on baking tray and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
