Green leafy vegetables are rich in calcium and folate

Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup kale or baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 date (pitted)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Method:
