Life.Postpartum is for any mother in the postpartum period—whether you’re in the first six weeks after birth or months (or even years) into your motherhood journey. If you’re looking for guidance, expert advice, or a supportive space to process your experience, we’re here for you.

Absolutely, we have lots of great advice to help you prepare for your postpartum period such as how to prepare easy, nourishing meals that you can stick in the freezer as well as what to have in your pantry ready for when you give birth. We recommend joining in your third trimester.

We offer a holistic approach to postpartum care, including:

  • On-demand expert-led video content on recovery, mental health, nutrition, and more
  • Live sessions and Q&A’s with midwives, psychologists, physiotherapists, yoga instructors, and other specialists
  • 1:1 consultations with postpartum experts

  • Downloadable resources like meal plans, reflective journaling prompts, and recovery checklists

We provide evidence-based guidance and resources to help you understand and manage PPD. However, we are not a crisis service. If you’re in distress, please reach out to your GP, midwife, or a mental health professional. You can also find crisis support numbers on our resources page.

Hormonal changes play a huge role in postpartum recovery. We offer guidance through clinical experts that can advise you about hormonal testing. Life.Postpartum can support you through your symptoms and recovery helping you understand fatigue, mood swings, low libido, weight changes, and more.

Yes, all members are eligible for a free 15-minute consultation call with our hormone specialist to better understand your symptoms and current needs.

Based on your consultation with our hormone specialist, we will advise on the necessary functional lab tests, which will be delivered to your home. Once the results are in, our specialists will analyse your lab results and provide an integrated recovery plan tailored to your needs.

We take your privacy and data security seriously. All personal information, including health data and test results, is stored securely using encrypted systems that meet strict GDPR and HIPAA-compliant standards.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period, but you won’t be charged again. You can rejoin anytime if you decide to return!

 In the fog of sleepless nights, healing bodies, shifting identities, and big emotions, we found ourselves asking the same question: Where is the support for mothers after birth?

We’re Hanna and Hannah — two mums, friends, and the co-founders of Life Postpartum. Like many women, we felt supported throughout pregnancy, with apps, classes, and checklists guiding the way. But once our babies arrived, that support seemed to disappear.
